Set in 1969, following the events of the time and the music of the era, this rock musical adaptation of Shakespeare's classic text explores the world of Mod London as Athens, the woods of Shakespeare's Stratford as the fairies run wild, and the rude mechanicals try to form a rock band to entertain the duke.
